--> What to Expect: Fit3D Body Scan One of the many unique features of the Fitness Center on Victoria Street is the Fit3D body scanner. The Fit3D body scan assessment is a great way to learn more about your body and track your progress. This self-service scanner provides users with information including circumference measurements, body composition, posture, and more! For a first-time user, the system may seem intimidating, but the scan itself only takes about a minute.             In the hours leading up to you scan, it is advised that you stay hydrated so that your results are as accurate as possible. When it comes time for your scan, a trainer will escort you to the room where the scan takes place and walk you through the process. The trainer will instruct you to make a Fit3D profile, that you will use to review your results after the scan is complete.   Long hair should be pulled back and jewelry should be removed in order to get the most accurate scan r
